Day 1
Flamingo Hill Camp Lake Nakuru National Park
Depart Nairobi by road and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley arriving at the beautiful Flamingo Hill Camp situated within the famous Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park which was gazetted as a sanctuary for the black rhinos. Dinner and overnight at Flamingo Hill Camp.
Day 2
Karen Blixen Camp Mara North Conservancy
Depart after breakfast and drive to Masai Mara. Upon arrival at Karen Blixen Camp, camp briefing with welcome drink by camp manager; time to settle in; delectable 3 course lunch. After/during afternoon tea, your guide will cover your safari itinerary and activities again – opportunity to change activities and add optional activities. See costs below. Day 3
Karen Blixen Camp Mara North Conservancy
Full-day migration exploration safari, Masai Mara National Reserve or Mara Triangle, with picnic hamper.
Day 4
Karen Blixen Camp Mara North Conservancy
Morning game drive to world-renowned ‘Leopard Gorge’, made famous by the BBC Big Cat Diary. Before or after lunch, there is time for a camp eco-walk, a swim, armchair game-viewing with drinks or why not book a spa treatment or a visit to our Maasai Manyatta ? Night Game Drive in Mara North Conservancy.
Day 5
End
After a leisurely breakfast drive back to Nairobi. Drop off at the airport for onward flight or a city hotel (city hotel not included in the cost).
